RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Amazon will open a new fulfillment center for its Amazon Basics line in Prince George County. The company will lease the former 798,000-square-foot Ace Hardware Corporation facility, adding up to 150 new jobs to Amazon’s existing workforce of more than 10,000 full-time employees in the Commonwealth.

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Custom Truck One Source, a manufacturer and distributor of specialized trucks and heavy equipment, will invest $2.6 million to expand its existing manufacturing operation in Bedford County. The company will double production at its operation in Forest, Virginia to meet growing demand from its customers, creating 61 new jobs.

SALEM—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Mack Trucks will invest $13 million to establish a manufacturing operation in Roanoke County, creating 250 new jobs. The new venture will allow Mack to produce and sell a new line of medium-duty trucks. Virginia successfully competed with sites in several other states for the project.
