Richmond - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that PH International, LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of home decor and garden products headquartered in Madison County, Virginia, will invest $4.5 million to consolidate operations of its subsidiary Plow and Hearth, LLC and sister company VivaTerra, LLC at its Madison County facility. The company will add 84,000 square feet and create 25 new jobs in the expansion, which will include adding warehouse storage for Plow and Hearth, as well as headquarters staff for VivaTerra.

Richmond - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that Wolverine Advanced Materials (Wolverine) will invest $10.625 million to expand its specialty rubber coated materials manufacturing operation in Montgomery County. The company produces high-performance materials used in automotive and industrial noise reduction for brake and sealing applications. Virginia successfully competed against China, Florida and Illinois for the project, which will create 93 new jobs.

Richmond - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that McKesson Medical-Surgical, Inc., an affiliate of McKesson Corporation, a leading healthcare services and information technology company, will invest more than $10 million in capital expense to expand its divisional headquarters operation in Henrico County, creating 225 new jobs. The company will relocate its headquarters facility to 168,500 square feet of the Deep Run III building, which was recently purchased and renovated by Markel|Eagle Partners.

Richmond - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that Guardian Industries, the world's largest manufacturer of float glass and fabricated glass products, will invest $1.57 million to expand operations at its Consolidated Glass & Mirror facility in the City of Galax. The project will create 30 new jobs.

Richmond - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC), a global, low-cost metals recycling, manufacturing, fabricating, and trading enterprise, will invest $12 million to relocate and expand its manufacturing operation in King George County. The project will retain approximately 40 existing jobs and create another 20 new jobs.

Richmond - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that Canada-based Nature’s Touch Frozen Foods will invest $1.8 million to establish its first Virginia operation in Warren County. The company, which established its first U.S. entity in Vermont in 2009, imports the highest quality of fruits and vegetables and assembles and distributes them across the U.S. The project will create 25 new jobs.

The Virginia Investment Performance Grant (VIP) encourages continued capital investment by existing Virginia companies, resulting in added capacity, modernization, increased productivity, or the creation, development, and utilization of advanced technology. The program targets existing manufacturers or research and development services supporting manufacturing. There must be an active and realistic competition between Virginia and another state or country for attracting the project, and matching local financial participation is expected.

Richmond - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that Monogram Food Solutions, LLC, a Memphis-based manufacturer of value-added processed meats, will invest $36.475 million to expand its meat snacks production operation in the Henry County Patriot Centre Industrial Park. Virginia successfully competed against two other states for the project, which will create 200 new jobs.

Richmond - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that Italy-based Provides Metalmeccanica Srl, a leader in the heat exchanger sector, will invest $6.1 million to establish its first U.S. manufacturing operation, Provides US, Inc., in Augusta County. The company will co-locate with Daikin Applied in Verona in a 40,000-square-foot space. Provides manufactures evaporators and condensers and supplies those components to major HVAC companies worldwide.

Richmond - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that K2M Group Holdings, Inc., a global medical device company, will relocate its global headquarters and research and development operations to a new 146,000-square-foot facility in the Town of Leesburg in Loudoun County. The approximately $28 million project is expected to create 97 new jobs and retain 268 jobs, and will be funded through contributions from Trammell Crow Company, Keane Enterprises, Inc., and K2M, as well as the Town of Leesburg, Loudoun County, and the Commonwealth.
