Virginia successfully competed against Washington, D.C., for the project, which will retain 282 jobs and create 60 new jobs.

Toray Plastics (America) is a global leader in high-performance films, synthetic fibers and textiles, carbon fibers, plastics, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. The company will add extrusion capability and a new production line to meet growing customer demand. The project will create 30 new jobs.

Virginia successfully competed against Maryland for the project, which will create 76 new jobs.
RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that MillerCoors, a joint venture between SABMiller and Molson Coors Brewing Company, will invest $60 million to expand its Shenandoah brewery in Rockingham County. The brewery is the newest in the MillerCoors network and is used to service Northeast markets. The project will create 27 new jobs.
