RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Mohawk Industries, Inc. (NYSE:MHK), the leading global manufacturer of residential and commercial flooring products, will invest $22.5 million to expand its operation in Carroll County. The company will add 19,000 square feet to its facility at 351 Floyd Pike in Hillsville and install new extrusion and loom equipment to increase production speed. Virginia successfully competed with other states for the project, which will retain 75 existing jobs and create 35 new jobs. 

RICHMOND—The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) today announced the acceptance of 10 companies into its two-year Virginia Leaders in Export Trade (VALET) program. The VALET program assists companies in the Commonwealth that are committed to international exporting as a growth strategy. To participate, each business must meet both quantitative and qualitative selection criteria, and participating firms are chosen based on their dedication to growing export sales. To date, 368 Virginia companies have been accepted to participate in the VALET program.

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that DHL Supply Chain, a global leader in contract logistics, will invest $72 million to establish a state-of-the-art distribution operation for its Real Estate Solutions unit in Stafford County’s Venture Business Park. The company will build a 500,000-square-foot high-bay facility with highly mechanized equipment for material handling to serve the Mid-Atlantic region. Virginia successfully competed with Maryland for the project, which will create 577 new jobs. 
 

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that eHealth Technologies, Inc., a provider of medical record and image retrieval and clinical intelligence services, will invest $375,000 to establish a new customer support center in Scott County. This initiative will create 160 new jobs. 
 

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Silent Falcon UAS Technologies, an unmanned aircraft systems service provider and original equipment manufacturer, will invest $6 million to locate its new East Coast headquarters for research, development, and manufacturing at the Front Royal-Warren County Airport in Warren County. Virginia successfully competed with Massachusetts and New Jersey for the project, which will create 249 new jobs.
 

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that International Automotive Components Group (IAC Group), a global supplier of automotive components and systems, will invest $4.6 million to expand its manufacturing operation in the Town of Strasburg and add new auto component lines and products to its existing capabilities at the facility. Virginia successfully competed with Ohio for the project, which will create 47 new jobs. 
 

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Grayson Natural Farms, LLC, a producer of the Landcrafted Food grass-fed, organic meat snacks brand, will invest $1.5 million to expand its smokehouse and production operation in Grayson County. The company will add 35,000 square feet to its manufacturing facility at 226 Industrial Lane in Independence. Virginia successfully competed with South Carolina for the project, which will create 40 new jobs.
 

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Shenandoah Valley Organic (SVO), a family-owned organic chicken company, will establish a second 75,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in the City of Harrisonburg. The new facility will increase production capacity and retail packaging, allowing for more product availability in leading grocery stores across the United States. Virginia successfully competed with West Virginia for the project, which will create 110 new jobs.
