RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC), a leading provider of IT solutions to the federal government, will invest $1.65 million to expand in Virginia and establish its principal headquarters in Fairfax County. The company will fulfill additional contracts with federal agencies, creating up to 1,200 new jobs over five years.

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that nine companies from across the Commonwealth have graduated from the Virginia Economic Development Partnership’s (VEDP) Virginia Leaders in Export Trade (VALET) Program, touting impressive results from their newly acquired tools to successfully export products and services overseas. These companies increased their international sales by an average of 50 percent during their two years in the program. The VALET program now has 269 graduates.

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that The Hershey Company will make a multi-million dollar investment in new machinery to increase production capacity at its Stuarts Draft operation in Augusta County, creating 69 jobs. The Virginia Jobs Investment Program (VJIP) will provide funding and services to help recruit and train the new employees. The VJIP funding also will support the retraining of 140 existing employees on the new equipment.

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe this evening announced during his State of the Commonwealth Address that Navy Federal Credit Union will invest $100 million to expand its Winchester operations center in Frederick County. The project will nearly double Navy Federal’s workforce employee-count and physical square footage in Frederick County. Virginia successfully competed for this project, which will create 1,400 new jobs.

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that All Traffic Solutions (ATS), the leader in cloud-based traffic management solutions for law enforcement, transportation and smart cities, has invested more than $100,000 to establish its corporate headquarters operation in Fairfax County. The more than 4,300-square-foot new facility is located at Worldgate Centre in the Town of Herndon. The company plans to add 25 employees in 2017 and create up to 86 new jobs total over the next three years.

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that Canatal Steel USA, a subsidiary of Canada-based Canatal Industries and a producer of steel structure fabrication, will invest $1.5 million to expand its manufacturing operation in Botetourt County. The expansion project will create 38 new jobs.
