Cloverleaf Cold Storage to invest $21 million to expand refrigerated warehouse facility

RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe today announced that Universal Companies, the leading single-source supplier of spa products, will invest $1.5 million to expand its distribution operation in Washington County. Virginia successfully competed against Tennessee for the project, which will create 30 new jobs.

HalioDx to expand North American operations, establish facility in VA Bio+Tech Park

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that HalioDx, an immuno-oncology company pioneering the immunological diagnosis of cancers, has invested more than $1 million to establish a CLIA laboratory in the VA Bio+Tech Park in the City of Richmond. Virginia was selected over North Carolina for the project, which will create over 20 new jobs.

The Results Companies to invest $1.5 million to expand client engagement operations

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that The Results Companies, a leading provider of business processing outsourcing services, will invest $1.5 million to expand its client engagement operations in Chesterfield County. The company will lease additional space for its second call center in the area. Virginia successfully competed against New Mexico for the project, which will create 600 new jobs.

Dynovis, Inc. to grow its engineering and manufacturing operations

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Dynovis, Inc., a Virginia-based manufacturer providing inspired solutions and product expertise to the aerospace and defense industries, will invest $592,000 to establish a new manufacturing operation in Rockbridge County. The company will renovate a formerly vacant, 75,000-square-foot facility and invest in new equipment to significantly increase its production capabilities. The project will create 44 new jobs.

M.C. Dean, Inc. to invest $25.1 million to expand ModularMEP™ manufacturing and systems integration facility 

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that M.C. Dean, Inc., a leading electrical design-build and systems integration firm for mission-critical organizations, will invest $25.1 million to incorporate a new product line at its fabrication and distribution facility in Caroline County. Virginia successfully competed with several states for the project, which will create 100 new jobs.

Scholle IPN Packaging, Inc. to invest $10.29 million to expand manufacturing operation

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Scholle IPN Packaging, Inc., an innovative manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions, will invest $10.29 million to expand its production facility in Smyth County. The project will create 42 new jobs.

Company to invest $750,000, create 12 new jobs

RICHMOND—Governor Ralph Northam today announced that Clarke Precision Machine, Inc., a full-service manufacturer of precision metal and non-metal tooling, will invest $750,000 to purchase new machinery and expand its manufacturing facility in Wythe County. The project will create 12 new jobs and position the company to handle future potential contracts in automotive, construction materials, industrial mixing, and other industries.
