RICHMOND - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today that Telos Corporation, a leading cybersecurity company, will invest $5 million in its operations in Loudoun County. The company will undergo a major renovation to its headquarters facility and increase cybersecurity capacity, creating 160 new jobs over 36 months. Virginia successfully competed against Maryland for the project, and also retains 240 existing jobs.
RICHMOND - Governor Bob McDonnell today announced that Lumber Liquidators (NYSE:LL), the largest specialty retailer of hardwood flooring in North America, intends to invest over $60 million in connection with the expansion of its presence in Virginia. Over a three year period, the project will increase local manufacturing capacity and support operations, to grow the company’s custom casual dining business. The project will create 25 new jobs.

The plant upgrade includes technology improvements which will deliver significant reduction in energy consumed to produce paper products.

RICHMOND - Governor Bob McDonnell announced today today that Liaoyang Ningfeng Woodenware Co., Ltd., a Chinese furniture manufacturer, will invest $2.1 million to establish its first U.S. subsidiary, New Ridge, LLC, in Smyth County. The company will manufacture furniture components for the Chinese market, supply its European customers with finished products from the U.S., manufacture and sell products for the U.S. market, and expand into lumber production and export to China.

RICHMOND - Governor Bob McDonnell today announced that Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII), a global oilfield provider of engineered services and products primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry, with a focus on deepwater applications, will expand its presence into the City of Chesapeake. The company will consolidate its engineering, manufacturing, and administrative functions at a new, 150,000-square-foot facility to be developed by Armada Hoffler Properties, which will invest approximately $25 million to accommodate this expansion.
