Granules India Ltd., a vertically integrated pharmaceutical company, will invest $12.5 million to establish a pharmaceutical packaging operation in Prince William County.

RICHMOND, VA - Governor Glenn Youngkin today announced that E-Z Treat, a family owned-and-operated manufacturer of next generation wastewater treatment systems, will invest $3.5 million to expand in Fauquier County. The company will build a new 30,000-square-foot facility next to its existing site at 131 Gaskins Lane in the Village of Catlett in order to increase capacity and production capability, creating 16 new jobs.
 

Virginia MetalFab, a full-service metal manufacturing provider, will invest $9 million to expand to a larger facility in the Town of Appomattox. The project will create 130 new jobs over the next three years.

SWVA Biochar, a leading producer of premium biochar in the Southwest Virginia region, will invest $2.6 million to increase capacity at its operation in Floyd County.

RICHMOND - The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) today announced the acceptance of a Hanover County company, Quality Transportation Services, Inc. (QTS), into its two-year Virginia Leaders in Export Trade (VALET) program. Launched in January 2002, the program assists exporters in the Commonwealth that have firmly established domestic operations and are committed to international exporting as an expansion strategy. Participating firms are chosen based on their dedication to growing their export sales.

M S International, Inc. (MSI), the leading supplier of flooring, countertops, wall tile, and hardscaping products in North America, will establish its East Coast distribution facility in the City of Suffolk.

Hollingsworth & Vose (H&V), a global manufacturer of advanced materials used in filtration, battery, and industrial applications, will invest $40.2 million to expand its operation in Floyd County.

Apex Mills, a specialty supplier and manufacturer of warp knit fabrics, will invest $3.1 million to expand its East Coast presence by acquiring the former HanesBrands facility and its equipment in Patrick County.
