The company will invest $10.5 million in the project.

"It is truly gratifying that MCI WorldCom has chosen Chesapeake and the Commonwealth for its new call center," said Governor Gilmore. "The quality workforce and high quality of life in the Hampton Roads region will assist MCI WorldCom in its future growth and success."
