An Expert in Growth Strategy and Large-Scale Investment
Ted joined VEDP in 2023 after a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in consulting, technology, aerospace, and defense. Prior to VEDP, he held senior leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Amazon Web Services, and Northrop Grumman.
At Booz Allen Hamilton, Ted led the firm's corporate business development organization and directed strategic growth initiatives across the company's most significant opportunities. Throughout his career, he has guided complex growth strategies, managed substantial business pipelines, and led organizations focused on capturing and delivering high-impact opportunities. This experience now informs his work advancing Virginia's economic development ambitions and supporting transformative business investment across the Commonwealth.
