Sarah Brooks leads Virginia’s engagement with business and financial services companies, shaping strategies that strengthen the state’s competitiveness. She works directly with industry leaders to translate company needs into coordinated action across talent, policy, and growth initiatives.
Connor Butterworth focuses on building new business opportunities in Virginia’s Knowledge Work industries, including business and financial services, software and cybersecurity, and aerospace and defense innovation. His role centers on developing project pipelines and helping companies assess how Virginia aligns with their growth goals.
Antje advises international companies on how best to expand operations into the U.S. in general and Virginia in particular, providing expert guidance on key topics, from site selection to tax incentives. She oversees VEDP’s offices in Europe, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
