Steve Youll leads the award-winning Virginia Talent Accelerator Program, overseeing the strategy, design, and delivery of customized recruitment and training solutions for new and expanding companies. His work focuses on helping businesses quickly build and prepare their workforce, supporting faster operational readiness and long-term success.
Steve oversees the in-house team of VEDP experts who deliver highly customized programs to shorten a new hire’s timeline, advance new hires along the learning curve, attract applications to new opportunities and more – accelerating the start-up of the facility’s operations.
With experience spanning education, human resources, and organizational development, Steve has led training and workforce initiatives across both private industry and economic development organizations. He has worked closely with companies and partners to develop programs that align talent strategies with business needs and support growth across a range of industries.
