Since joining VEDP in 2018, she has worked closely with companies such as CoStar, Microsoft, and Booz Allen Hamilton on expansion and investment opportunities in Virginia, while helping shape the organization’s sector-focused approach to business development. She also brings more than a decade of experience in Virginia state government, where she led economic development initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and legislative review across multiple gubernatorial administrations, building a reputation for connecting partners and advancing complex projects.
Originally from Bristol, Virginia, Meghan has been recognized as the inaugural VEDA Rising Star Award recipient (2020), DCI’s Economic Development Top 40 Under 40 (2021), and Consultant Connect’s North America Top 50 Economic Developers (2023).
