An expert who brings legislative and legal insight to economic development
Prior to joining VEDP in 2022, Lisa spent more than 20 years as an attorney with the Virginia Division of Legislative Services, where she staffed the Senate Finance and Appropriations Committees and the House Appropriations Committee. In that role, she worked extensively on legislation related to economic development, as well as finance, taxation, and appropriations, and supported a range of commissions and committees across multiple policy areas.
What I enjoy most about my work at VEDP is developing innovative legal and policy solutions that support economic development. Beyond ensuring legal compliance, I’m committed to helping create a Commonwealth where businesses and workers can thrive.
